Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Course access must not exceed 25% of total course content to be eligible for a refund. Processing of refunds may take up to 14 business days.

If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable jurisdiction.
